Archer has successfully intercepted dozens of terror plot-related plans as an intelligence analyst. He carries a deeply entrenched resentment of bureaucratic authority, however, which often works against him. Choosing field work over a desk job turned out to be a good choice, after he famously teamed up with Voron Agent Kestrel to disarm four stolen Russian EMP warheads.
His achievements caught the attention of Elite Squad and he's agreed to join the team. Notoriously stubborn, Archer's willing to put his life on the line if bureaucracy takes a back seat to trouncing ObtainR's thugs.

After each 20% HEALTH lost, SHIELD for 75% ABILITY POWER. 5 SECONDS after receiving a SHIELD, quickly STEALTH, blending into the shadows and BLINDING any enemies currently targeting you for 2 SECONDS.
