Charles Bliss is the leader of the Last Man Battalion and a character featured in Tom Clancy's Elite Squad.

Biography[]

Self-aggrandizing and quick-tempered, Lt. Charles Bliss could never stomach orders from top military officials whose leadership he deemed inferior to his own. Bliss found greater fortune in private military, ascending to the rank of Lt. Colonel, he finally had command of his own private army.

Obsessed with power and control, Bliss would ultimately lead the PMC to ruin. He’s been offered a presidential pardon for his crimes in exchange for his allegiance to Elite Squad, under the strict supervision of Sam Fisher and Fourth Echelon. Bliss has grudgingly agreed to help, but despite Fisher’s promise that stepping out of line will land him at the wrong end of a gun barrel, his ego won’t stay in check forever.

Air Support (Active)		Calls in a support helicopter to fire a spray of bullets in a large line at the current target, dealing 110% ABILITY DAMAGE to all enemies hit. Recieves a SHIELD for 50% HEALTH per enemy damaged.
Over Protective (Passive)		Rank 4 If an ally drops below 35% HEALTH, immediately TAUNTS all enemies targeting them for 3 seconds and receives a SHIELD for 40% ABILITY POWER for each enemy taunted.

Hunger For Power (Faction Perk)	2 Soldiers - Whenever a Last Man Battalion ally is defeated, all remaining allies conviction is strengthened, permanently receiving +50% ARMOR & RESISTANCE.
Hunger For Power (Faction Perk)	5 Soldiers - Additionally, when an ally is defeated, all allies receive +25% WEAPON & ABILITY POWER.
Enduring (Trait Perk)	2 Soldiers - While allies are below 40% HEALTH, they are able to endure the harsh situation and receive +30% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
	3 Soldiers - Increased to +50% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
	5 Soldiers - Increased to +75% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
