Biography

For years, Morowa Evans fought against racism in her community as a civilian by leading violent riots from the front-lines. But when her best friend was killed trying to stop looters, Evans chose a different path. Newly committed to preventing violence from within the system, she offered the Metropolitan Police her insider knowledge and community leadership services in exchange for a clean slate. After a string of successful police collaborations—single-handedly stopping protests from going violent—Evans became a full-fledged Constable and was promoted to a Gold level Commander following her heroic actions during the 2011 London Riots.

Due to her unorthodox past, Evans career has been an uphill battle of street-level violence and mistrust by fellow Constables. However, her persistent and fearsome reputation soon caught the attention of Rainbow Six and she was recruited into the team. Recently, Elite Squad has requested Evans' support. Her unique experiences from either side of the law—as both riot leader and peacekeeper—make her the perfect fit for a special operations unit that leverages the talents of criminals and soldiers alike.

Abilities

CCE Shield (Active)		Deploys CCE Shield, granting -50% DAMAGE for 6 SECONDS. Each second fire shields taser at the current target, damaging all enemies in a LARGE CONE for 25% ABILITY POWER and SILENCING them for 3 SECONDS.
Crowd Control (Passive)		Whenever an enemy receives a CONTROL EFFECT, TAUNT them for 5 SECONDS and apply a SHIELD for 100% ABILITY POWER.

Squad Perks

Name	Description
Never Over (Faction Perk)	2 Soldiers - Allies are never ready to give up, and when healed by +10% HEALTH (including heals received when reviving) they are reinvigorated, receiving +50 ABILITY POWER for 10 seconds.
	3 Soldiers - Increased to +100 ABILITY POWER.
	5 Soldiers - Additionally, when an ally REVIVES, it inspires the rest of the squad, HEALING all other allies for 80% HEALTH and granting +60 ABILITY CHAREGE.
Enduring	2 Soldiers - While allies are below 40% HEALTH, they are able to endure the harsh situation and receive +30% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
	3 Soldiers - Increased to +50% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
	5 Soldiers - Increased to +75% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
