Faye Lau is a member of The Division and a character featured in Tom Clancy's Elite Squad. She is unlocked with 100 Intel which can be obtained from Advanced Ordnance Boxes

Biography[]

Focused and dedicated, Faye Lau has been training for the end of the world her entire adult life. A consummate professional, she spent years as a deeply embedded Division agent waiting for the call. When the ObtainR attacks came, she was activated and seconded to Elite Squad.

Ultimately pragmatic, Lau can give orders or take them as the situation demands. The good of the mission is her overriding goal, and she’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done. If that means working with criminals, then she’ll hold her nose and follow orders – the job always comes first.

Sticky Bomb (Active)		Attaches a Sticky Bomb to the current target, making them panic and run in FEAR. After 2 seconds, the bomb detonates, dealing 95% ABILITY DAMAGE to all enemies in a 6 meter radius.
Explosive Rounds (Passive)		Rank 4 CRITICAL CLIPS are loaded with exploding rounds, dealing an additional 4% ABIIITY DAMAGE to all enemies in a 3 meter radius around the target.

Emergency (Faction Perk)	2 Soldiers - Once deployed, the ally with the highest ABILITY POWER is activated, receiving 100% ABILITY CHARGE.
	3 Soldiers - Increased to the 2 allies with the highest ABILITY POWER.
	5 Soldiers - Additionally, when an ally casts an OFFENSIVE ABILITY, suppress their target, STUNNING them for 8 seconds.
Enduring (Trait Perk)	2 Soldiers - While allies are below 40% HEALTH, they are able to endure the harsh situation and receive +30% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
	3 Soldiers - Increased to +50% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
	5 Soldiers - Increased to +75% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
