Monika "IQ" Weiss is a member of Rainbow and is a character featured in Tom Clancy's Elite Squad.

Biography

A renowned researcher that's pursued by companies and universities around the world, Monika "IQ" Weiss prefers to apply her genius to law enforcement. Weiss is an accomplished graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and holds a PhD from CalTech. She's constantly active, both physically and intellectually. As an officer with the Bundespolizei (BPOL) and the GSG9, she's obsessed with both Microelectronics and modern police tactics. She developed the RED MKIII "Spectre", which enables its user to locate tactical electronics through walls.

Weiss is a firm believer that as the battlefield evolves, technology should evolve too. To support this philosophy, Elite Squad offered her a carte blanche spending account, and a state-of-the-art lab full of tools. Hardly able to contain her smile, Weiss took the job.

Preparation Phase	2 Soldiers - R6: Gold soldiers arrive into battle fully prepared, increasing bonuses recieved from COVER by +100%.
	3 Soldiers - Increased to +200%
	5 Soldiers - Additionally, the squad starts the battle with an extra ABILITY AUTHORIZATION POINT and +20% ABILITY CHARGE each.
Enduring	2 Soldiers - While allies are below 40% HEALTH, they are able to endure the harsh situation and receive +30% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
	3 Soldiers - Increased to +50% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
	5 Soldiers - Increased to +75% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
