Biography[]
Joe Ferro never seemed like the kind of man who'd get into trouble. His humble background as a sanitation worker in the Bronx, his hardworking attitude and pleasant demeanor never raised any alarms. That all changed when he saw his loved ones succumbing one by one as the government took no action. But Ferro knew the solution: Together with his Cleaners, he'd tackle it like any other infestation: Fire cleanses all.
Ferro's fury still smolders - even after years of being locked away for the horrors he and his Cleaners had inflicted upon the city of New York. But desperate times call for desperate measures, and if anything indicates the threat ObtainR poses to the world, it's that Elite Squad has made a deal with the infernal Joe Ferro. Just more trash to incinerate, he'd say.
