Luis "La Maquina" Rocha is a member of Los Extranjeros and is a character featured in Tom Clancy's Elite Squad.
Biography[]
Cold, cunning, and a master of covert tactics, Luis Rocha could easily fit with the Ghosts if he hadn't found himself fighting against them. A former Argentinian Army officer, he was picked up by Los Extranjeros where he was used to capture high-profile targets to instill fear within the local civilian population. Luis keeps up with the latest in military and civilian technology, and has previously invested in various companies including those dealing in optical camouflage.
Luis was recruited into Elite Squad with ease. A blank slate over his past crimes and former life, the chance to continue honing his skills, and playing with new toys, was nothing but a win-win. Luis now finds himself training with the same Ghosts who defeated him. Thankfully, the only tension in the air is one of friendly rivalry.
