Tom Clancy's Elite Squad features a progression system in the form of Levels. Player levels are obtained by completing various missions and earning experience. A player's current level determines the maximum level they may train a character. Upon obtaining a level, players will be rewarded access to certain features and awards such as gamemodes, Soldiers, Combat Orders, Ordnance Boxes, Portraits, etc. The game currently features a total of 60 available levels.

10		Allies Campaign	Defeat stronger enemies & get unique rewards.

12		EMP Combat Order	Silences + interrupts active abilities on 1 enemy for 3 seconds.
13		Nidia Flores	Unlock access to soldier Nidia Flores.

15		Arena	Compete against player enemies to climb in the leaderboards.

18		Daily Ops	Complete everyday events to get vital rewards.

20		Guild War	Play with your teammates to defeat other guilds.
