Rubio "Midas" Delgado is a member of Ghost Recon and is a character featured in Tom Clancy's Elite Squad.

He is unlocked with 35 Intel which can be obtained as a possible reward in Chapter 2 of the ObtainR Campaign, Chapter 6 of the Allies Campaign, the Ghost Recon Faction War Event, or Ordnance Boxes.

Biography[]

Sergeant First Class Rubio "Midas" Delgado is as tightly wound as they come. Often described by his teammates as a “raw nerve”. He’s a slave to his emotions and tends to care a little bit too much about everything. If there is good to be done somewhere in the world Midas will do it, be it liberating captives from insurgent groups in the Middle East, supporting rebel freedom fighters to bring down an oppressive narco state in Bolivia, or simply providing spiritual counselling to his fellow soldiers, Midas will do it—because he cares. Midas is the kind of solider you want by your side when things go wrong and you’re caught in a crossfire, which is exactly why Max Claymore has requested he join Elite Squad. Because when things get tough, you need people who care too much.

When the magazine is empty, before reloading, launches a grenade at the current target, dealing 50% ABILITY DAMAGE in a 3 meter radius around them.

3 Soldiers - Increased to +85% WEAPON POWER.
5 Soldiers - Additionally, when any enemy drops below 30% HEALTH, the 3 highest WEAPON POWER allies SYNCRONISE FIRE on the target for 5 seconds.
Resourceful
(Trait Perk)
2 Soldiers - Allies are more resourceful with their supplies, receiving an additional +60% CRITICAL CHANCE, increasing the likelihood of loading critical clips.
3 Soldiers - Increased to +80% CRITICAL CHANCE.
5 Soldiers - Increased to +100% CRITICAL CHANCE.
