Julian "Rook" Nizan is a member of Rainbow and is a character featured in Tom Clancy's Elite Squad.

He is unlocked with 15 Intel which can be obtained from the Raid Store as well as completing the Underworld mission 05-G

Biography[]

Julien Nizan is a natural born athlete and expert marksman, with unmatched defensive ability. Starting his career as an architect, he trained for the French Republican Guard and was recruited into the GIGN before joining Rainbow Six. Nizan is passionate about defending others. He doesn’t mind getting shot if he’s properly prepared—Nizan never leaves for a mission without his highly flexible body armor—and especially if it’s in the service of defending another operator. He’s a constant optimist who believes that you should set life goals and adapt to any challenge. Nizan’s ability to back up his positivity with precision performance tends to energize his fellow operators, which makes him an ideal Specialist for Elite Squad.

Impact Grenade (Active) Throws an impact grenade to the closest target, dealing 65% ABILITY DAMAGE in a 3 meter radius around them. STUNS any enemies hit while targeting Rook for 3 seconds, and TAUNTS the others for 3 seconds.
Rhino Armor Pack (Passive) Rank 4
At the beginning of the battle, all allies receive a Rhino Armor Pack, gaining 40% PISTOL DAMAGE REDUCTION, 40% SMG DAMAGE REDUCTION and 40% SHOTGUN DAMAGE REDUCTION. Allies whose HEALTH go under 30% lose their Rhino, removing all bonuses but gaining 40% ABILITY CHARGE.

5 Soldiers - Increased to +100% CRITICAL CHANCE.
