Status Effects are a gameplay feature of Tom Clancy's Elite Squad. They are special effects imposed on enemy characters through special abilities or Combat Orders. Damage and duration values for status effects are dependent on the special ability or combat order imposing them.

Bleeding Affected character takes x damage over y seconds. -50% incoming healing
Blinded Affected character stops attacking for x seconds.
Burning Affected character takes x damage over y seconds. -z% resistance
Confused Affected character attacks allies for x seconds.
Feared Affected character flees for x seconds, becoming exposed.
Focused Affected character is targeted for x seconds.
Rooted Affected character cannot move or take cover for x seconds.
Silenced Affected character cannot use active abilities for x seconds. Stops ability charging.
Stealth Affected character cannot be targeted for x seconds.
Stunned Affected character cannot take action for x seconds.
Taunted Affected character is forced to target applier for x seconds.
