Winston Banks is a member of Last Man Battalion and a character featured in Tom Clancy's Elite Squad.
He is unlocked with 15 Intel which can be obtained from Allies Campaign mission 04-G, Underworld Campaign mission 01-N, or Ordnance Boxes.
Biography[]
Once a loyal Soldier and active philanthropic volunteer, Special Forces Medical Sgt. Winston Banks suffered a bitter fall from grace after losing his wife and five-year-old son to a terror attack in New York. Distraught, Banks became disenchanted with the US government, which he blamed for his family’s death. He later identified with dogmatic LMB leader Charles Bliss' vision for “revised US patriotism” and joined the PMC, committing greater atrocities for revenge.
Banks has been offered the chance for redemption by providing medical support for Elite Squad. However, he's uncertain where his loyalties lie, as Banks still believes the government has as much to prove to him as he does to them.
