Zhang Jia (Chinese: 张佳, Zhāng Jiā) is a member of Bai Hu Zhao and is a character featured in Tom Clancy's Elite Squad.
Biography[]
Hailing from a farming family in rural Sichuan, Zhang Jia grew up in poverty. To better provide for his family, Zhang joined the military, quickly finding a role in a Special Ops Unit specialized in mountain combat, and ultimately an elite bodyguard unit, who protect China’s most important leaders. Zhang was respected for his courage, level-headedness, and quick thinking, but his goal was always to return home. Buying some additional land in his hometown, Zhang retired to what he hoped would be a peaceful farming life. Some years later he met Yao Lu Li, who convinced him that there are threats to his existence that cannot be ignored. Now Zhang has taken up arms again, this time not for financial gain, but to protect his values, his family, and his way of life.
